    煎饼是最快速的早餐之一。买一包煎饼预拌粉,煎几片火腿,来一颗溏心蛋,加入生菜和芝士片,组合起来,配上一杯咖啡,就是Cafe卖的高级煎饼套餐了!

    Step 1

    将Dr. Oetker Nona原味煎饼预拌粉及所有材料搅拌成光滑面糊。Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Mix with all ingredients until well combine.

    Step 2

    将平锅预热,当水滴火热而消失时,锅已备用。舀1汤匙面糊倒入锅中,然后用汤匙的背面轻轻推开成8-9厘米的圆盘状。底面煎2-3分钟,再翻面煎1分钟。Preheat a crepe pan. Pan is ready when drops of water sizzle and disappear, pour 1 tbsp of the mixture into the pan and use the back of the spoon to shape it into a 8-9cm round disc. Cook for 2-3 mins on the first side, then flip over and cook for another 1 min.

    准备温泉蛋:锅内注入清水,加少许醋煮至滚。把鸡蛋轻轻敲开打入小碗,再小心缓缓地倒入水中,煮4分钟直到蛋白变坚实,而蛋黄仍属于半液体状态。To prepare poached egg: Bring half pot of water to boil, add some vinegar. Crack each egg into a ramekin, then carefully lower into the water. Poach for 4 mins until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

    Step 4

    准备摆盘,在煎饼上间隔放一层火腿片与生菜,最后摆上水煮嫩蛋。趁热享用!To serve, stack the pancakes with a layer of ham and lettuce leaves in between them, then top with a poached egg. Ready to serve.
